Migraine and Headache Reiki Healing Night - March 8, 2011

Jessica, one of the world's foremost Reiki master teachers and innovators of Reiki healing techniques, has been teaching Reiki since 1993. She is a senior-licensed teacher through the prestigious International Center for Reiki Training. “I am offering 60-75% off all headaches and migraines. They can be lifted in 3 to 5 minutes using holistic healing techniques," says Jessica Miller. "I find a strong correlation between severe headaches and how a person handles stress." She explains. "Classic migraines occur when people handle stress by 'battening down the hatches.' Its like they are wearing a thin helmet. Any stress, good or bad, above and beyond what fits in the helmet creates cracks and pokes holes in the helmet.”

Like many Reiki techniques, the headache technique can be done by anyone with enough healing energy in their hands. Reiki itself is not a technique, but a way of activating positive healing energy in your hands, which branches out into simple techniques you can use. About 30% of all people are born with enough ki (energy) in their hands already to make techniques work at a basic level. Others can gain ability by taking a few years of martial arts classes, yoga, meditation, or a weekend of Reiki training with a reputable teacher. To check the amount of ki in your hands, softly rub them together a moment to 'activate' them. Then very slowly separate your palms to an inch or two apart and gently 'bounce' the ki between them. If you can feel a sense of heat, tingling, or magnetism between your hands you can do this technique. If you are not yet Reiki trained however, be careful to not overdo, Reiki can be tiring.

A weekend of Reiki healing training has a success rate of close to 100% for people to gain the ability to practice and use Reiki. Those who already have energy in their hands find their abilities doubled or quadrupled from the training. It's practicality with a short learning time and ease of use are responsible for Reiki's extraordinary rise to an estimated 4 million practitioners worldwide. “At this level of success, Reiki becomes clinically useful, it works even faster than medication.
